The historically significant area of the Liepee’s rectory is located on the Liepee’s hill, the highest point in the city center. A wonderful, peaceful location in the coastal landscape of Ii river’s Kurenkoski white water, surrounded by meadows. Fitness path and swimming beaches nearby. Ski resort Iso-Syöte is 40 km away and Oulu airport approx. 100 km away. The place is easily accessible when traveling north. The services of the center are within walking distance.
Main building Apartment 1:
Apartment 1 is an 89m2 apartment with a sauna that can sleep up to 5 people.
The bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed, the living room also has a sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room has a flat-screen TV with streaming services, the bedroom also has a TV and a workstation with a computer. The spacious bathroom has a washing machine and an electric sauna.

Väentupa guest room:
The guest room of the Liepee’s Väentupa is a spacious accommodation located in Väentuva, an idyllic courtyard district.
On the smaller side of Väentupa, you can spend the night cheaply and uncomplicatedly in a room with your own bathroom. There is also a kitchen at your disposal, which can also be used by visitors to the small travel park in the area. The guest room has two sofa beds, private bathroom, TV and audio equipment. A subscription sauna can be booked at a different price from the main building or a traditional wooden sauna in a coastal landscape.
